We will shortly be booking next years courses and some feedback as to next years venues would be welcome. This is normally done during neetings but as meetings are poorly attended these days this seems to be a way of involving memebers in the choices. Please feel free to voice your opinions as you see fit.

Hi Guys,
Just to keep you informed as to where we are with the away day venues, voting has started and at the next meeting we will shortlist 3 courses for the final vote. I've done some research as shown below, all are for day ticket only, catering and buggies extra.
chesterfield golf club £45.00
rudding park golf club £50.00
hornsea golf club £45.00
wath golf club £31.00
newark golf club £42.00
market rasen £39.00
scarborough north cliff golf club £45.00
lindrick golf club £70.00
I've enquired which courses take 2-fore-1 vouchers which may reduce costs significantly for us.
The fixture list will come on nicely over next few weeks and should be complete by end of year. The away day dates are as follows but are not set in stone until booked. It might help with your holiday bookings for 2010.
Spring away day 30th april
Summer 1 away day 6th august
Summer 2 away day 3rd september

Chesterfield Golf Club don't allow 36 holes, only 27. Guess that rules that one out, shame too cos it looks a nice set up.
Rudding Park Golf Club would be £77.00 but could be £38.00 with 2-4-1 vouchers which would cost £3.50 each.
Some of these courses seem to make it very difficult to do business.
